Finally! A Stampin’ Up! haul and a Christmas kit.

My package has finally arrived, 3 days late. There appeared to be a problem with my address; UPS didn’t recognise the house name as a house name!!! (Even though they’ve been delivering my SU parcels for about 5 years…) He must have come early as he didn’t even bother ringing the bell: he just opened the door and put the parcel in the porch. He was only able to do that because my guests must have forgotten to lock the door behind them when they went out this morning.

Anyway, the video’s done. It’ll be going up at the same time as this. By the time I’d finished I was starving, so have been eating lunch whilst editing.

It’s a lovely day today. I’ve had our wool duvet hanging on the rotary line to air. It’s cold, though. We had fairly clear skies last night (along with most of the country, it appears) and I was finally able to see the Northern Lights, although I saw them best through Kevin’s phone. We stood next to each other and he got the most amazing photos, whereas my phone camera just gave me dark sky. Very frustrating! There must be a setting I need to choose. I’ll investigate at some point. We went up to the car park on Y Gogarth (the Great Orme) to get the best views. We discussed where we would have gone if we were still living in West Sussex, and we decided it would have to be Kithurst Hill. Blow me if we didn’t then get pictures on Kevin’s phone of the Northern Lights from Kithurst Hill!! It’s typical that we never saw them when we lived there.

I must apologise for the length of today’s video. You can always fast forward if you get bored. Hwyl am y tro!
